TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw by Love Nest Holding is open to persons who make at least 50% deposit in a single receipt with any Love Nest participating merchants as listed, including Love Story, Malena Haute Couture, Signature Bridal, Light House, and Le Craftsman.
- Any 50% deposit in a single receipt with any Le Craftsman participating merchants are entitled to 1 draw per couple.
- Cash prize redemption for each draw is equivalent to the deposit amount cap maximum at $2500. Love Nest Holding will perform the draws until the $20,000 cash prize is exhausted.
- Amounts paid using promotional or cash vouchers from any merchant is not applicable and shall be excluded from the Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw.
- Participants who meet the qualifying spending of at least 50% deposit in a receipt will be issued with a Love & Win Lucky Draw form from the participating merchants.
- Cancellation of packages are considered void and not entitled to participate in the Love and Win Cash Lucky Draw.
- Participants must fill up the original copy of Love & Win Lucky Draw entry forms through the LOVE NEST APP with complete, legible and accurate information in order to be qualified for the lucky draw.
- Failure to provide or fill in the required information in the form shall be deemed to be void.
- The Grand Draw will take place on 15th JAN 2023,8pm.
- Participants are required to be present at the Grand Draw(live/physical) to redeem any cash prizes.
- The cash prize must be redeemed on the live/spot during the Grand Draw at Love Nest. Prizes that remain unclaimed or unredeemed on the live/spot during the draw will be forfeited and open for other participants. Any participant whose prize has been forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
- Participant who are unable to attend the Grand Draw in person for any reason will forfeit their chance at the Grand Draw. Love Nest Holding will not accept any replacements nominated by the finalist to attend the Grand Draw.
- Love Nest in its sole and absolute discretion, will determine the method of drawing and identify the winner during the Grand Draw.
- The value of the prize money shall be in Singapore Dollars.
- By taking part in the Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw, you have given and authorized consent to Love Nest to disclose information regarding your particulars to any persons as Love Nest may deem necessary, in relation to the Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw and its related activities.
- Love Nest reserves the right to disclose and publish the names, and any other particulars of the winners (including photographs) for publicity purposes and the winners are obliged to co-operate with and participate in the activities organised by Love Nest Holding for marketing purposes.
- Love Nest reserves the right to vary the T&Cs at any time at its absolute discretion without notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these T&Cs shall prevail.
- All decisions make by Love Nest in regard to the Promotion and Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
- Love Nest reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any prize) to be in breach of the eligibility criteria. Any prizes awarded will be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to Love Nest promptly.
- Love Nest and its participating merchant shall not be liable to any participant for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw.
- Each participant agrees to indemnify and hold Love Nest harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by Love Nest in relation to the Promotion and Love & Win Cash Lucky Draw.
