Shipping
We offer free shipping for all our Singapore based orders. We also provide worldwide shipping. International orders are subject to shipping charges. We’ll contact you and advise on the shipping charges separately after you checkout. International orders may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges of the destination country. We are not liable to pay these charges and shall be borne by you.
After placing your order, a tracking number will be sent to you on your email once the item has been shipped.

Orders
For readily available pieces, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days of it being placed. Most of our products are made-to-order to fit you perfectly, and usually takes about 6-8 weeks to be ready, depending on the complication of design.
For bespoke pieces, your order will take approximately 8-12 weeks to be completed. We will inform you once your order is ready to be shipped to you.
